Polygon’s acquisition of Dansk Bygningskontrol in Denmark has been approved by the Danish competition authority.

Polygon’s acquisition of Skadegruppen in Norway has been approved by the Norwegian competition authority.
Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire the company Von der Lieck GmbH & Co (VDL) in Germany. The acquisition will add 25 employees and annual sales of EUR 4 million.
Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire Dansk Bygningskontrol A/S in Denmark. The acquisition will add 230 employees with reported annual sales of DKK 205 million. Key management of Dansk Bygningskontrol will obtain a 30% shareholding in the merged entity.
