Polygon Norway has signed an agreement to acquire Skadegruppen AS, a subsidiary of Coor Service Management. The acquisition will add more than 200 employees and annual sales of NOK 250 million to our network.
Polygon Norway has acquired one of its franchise companies, Polygon Nord AS in northern Norway. The acquisition will add 40 employees and annual sales of NOK 50 million.
