Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire the shares of Tehokuivaus Oy. The acquisition will strengthen Polygon Finland in the area of water and fire damage restoration and add around 60 employees and a turnover of around 7 MEUR.
Polygon has acquired The Plastic Surgeon Holdings Limited in UK on 10th May 2019. The acquisition will strengthen Polygon UK’s position in the area of property restoration and hard surface repairs. The acquisition will add 239 employees and annual sales of £13 million.
Polygon has acquired VANWAARDE in Netherlands with retroactive effect on January 1st 2019. The acquisition will strengthen Polygon Netherlands position in the area of document restoration.
Polygon has today acquired the shares of Alvisa Holding AG. Alvisa 24 is one of the market leaders in Switzerland, specialized in Fire damage restoration and Major & complex claims with a turnover of around 11 MEUR and 67 employees.
When Polygon Norway contacted Polygon Denmark for help, there was never any question of turning them down. The only problem was that far more Danish colleagues were eager pitch in than was actually needed.
